Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering, or actions that interfere with other customers' use of the platform.
Account responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the actions taken under your account. Report suspected compromise immediately.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. Panalytics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
